banana bread (gf/df)

It’s a banana bread kinda Sunday 🫶🏼

Recipe from @ournourishingtable however, I swapped the rapadura sugar for coconut sugar, which has a lower glycemic index/more nutrients, and added cinnamon to support blood sugar balance and of course for flavour.

This is gluten and dairy free, except for the butter added on top 🤤

When searching for butter you want to look for grass-fed, with only one or two ingredients - cream and salt, that’s it!

Now to make this last in my house more than 2 days🤞🏼
