HI!
So glad you're here.
At Balanced Natural Health, I take a holistic approach to helping you achieve your health goals.
My holistic approach means delving into all aspects of your life that may be contributing to your current health concern such as sleeping habits, stress levels, lifestyle choices, environmental factors and much more, in conjunction with your current and past dietary choices.
Thorough case taking and case history allows me to completely understand how you may have ended up here, and find the most suitable treatment to help you.
Treatment is tailored to your specific situation and presentation, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations (and supplementation if necessary) that are going to work for you for the long term. I believe balance is key (and even named my business after it).
So, how can i help?
I can support a wide range of health and wellness concerns ⟶

what will a consultation look like?
Initial consultation
Your initial consultation will run for one hour (online through Zoom), here we will discuss and gather information about your health concern, and since we treat holistically, information about many other areas of your life that may be relevant. Shortly after your consultation, you will receive your personalised treatment plan which may consist of dietary and lifestyle recommendations, pathology test requests and practitioner grade supplement prescriptions with instructions on how to purchase, how much to take and when.
return consultation
Your return consultation will run for 30 minutes. Here we check in and reflect over the previous treatment plan/s and how things are going. Some aspects may be working, some not, some you may like, some you may not, so here we can make changes to suit both you and your health goals. You will receive a new updated treatment plan.
